  • For a major French international Services provider over 18 months, the design of a young leaders program and strategy, advisory work to the Senior HR VP on the “Employee Value Proposition” , the realization of a HRIS internal study and project proposal.
  • Ongoing and for over 2 years, the support of an international HR team in the technology sector on implementation of a complete HR strategy (performance management, people review, internal mobility process, intranet design). This includes close, regular work with the HR VP and direct facilitation of the team (Asia, Americas, EMEA, France) on the key projects.
  • As a longer term support, advising the HR leader of an international retail brand on HR strategy and organizational change in the context of a new CEO.
  • Over 6 months, advising the newly appointed HR Director of an investment bank on HR strategy and team design.
  • In preparation of a major and critical presentation to the top 100 business leaders, supporting the international HR VP on the definition and expression of his HR strategy.
  • In order to launch an international “business education platform,” the initial study (through executive interviews), proposal, taskforce co-facilitation (with the HR Management Development leader), final design and training partner choice for an international company of 50 000 people.
  • For a strategy consulting headquarters, the completion of an internal study (based on focus groups, interviews) in order to identify the reasons for a sudden loss in high potential talent.
  • Within the international marketing organization of a French consumer goods leader, the completion of a study to assess the reasons and propose solutions for the difficulty in integrating and retaining international talent.
