- Strategy seminar for an international division business team, in close collaboration with the Managing Director and the Strategy Director.
- Yearly team seminars for the corporate legal team of a major multinational.
- Top 50 Workshop for a major business division of a multinational Group.
- International HR team seminars within the retail banking divisions of a leading French bank (10 – 60 participants).
Leadership Conventions:
- Over 12 months for a business division of a European Group, the overall design of a series of 3 leadership conventions to communicate a major business transformation. This was in close collaboration with the Communications Director and the President of the Division.
- Design and facilitation of the annual convention (200 functional managers) for a key function of a major European Group.
- Design and facilitation of the “debut” leadership meeting of a new President
- Facilitation of the “Integration Days” for a French b2b distribution player, with an interactive workshop format for 100 participants and “on stage” presence with the President and executive team.
- Briefings of the executive team pre-convention in order to get alignment on message and behavior.
