One on one work

All projects start, develop and finish with a close “one on one” partnership with the senior leader.

The meeting, the seminar, the HR initiative, the conference are the very operational outputs of this dialogue.

Individual work with a leader, in designing a seminar, a convention or an HR initiative, is critical in order to cover the issues surrounding the stakeholders, the team, and then align the project strategy and communication in order to make the desired impact and get results.

There is, as well, a very logical, back and forth movement between working with a leader (one on one), with their close team (in seminar) and then with a larger target (convention).
