Accompanying leadership teams
Any work with top teams starts first with the leader – in order to define the issues, the objectives and the way to move forward – before moving to the team.
A very natural movement exists between working with a leader (one on one), with their close team (in seminar) and then outwards to bring the leadership message to a larger target population(convention).
The key elements of Gleam’s philosophy with leadership teams are:
- A belief that the most successful team work revolves around finding a compelling goal and purpose, and then working on concrete, shared business issues.
- The importance of listening to individuals, understanding where they “fit” in the team, how they are developing professionally, then using this to move the collective team forward.
- The confrontation of top teams with what is going on outside of their own business, part of the world, generation.
Gleam has developped a particular focus on functional leadership teams.
